Server & Hosting Services
Whenever you are opting for server or hosting services through Direct‑I, these are prepaid and not refundable at any cost, regardless of service usage, project status, or client decision. Server space is provisioned and reserved upon payment, making it non-recoverable and therefore ineligible for refund.

A project is deemed to have commenced once any of the following occurs:

Custom Work & Digital Deliverables
Given the nature of customized IT and software services, no refunds will be entertained once work has started. This includes graphic design, source code, application architecture, deployment, or any digital deliverables.
